What To Expect

Every Airport pickup included 1,5 hours waiting time started from the flight landed time. Example your schedule to arrive at 1:00 PM but the flight delay for 30 minutes and its actually landed at 1:30 PM, so we will start the waiting time from 1:30 PM for 1,5 hours.
Please make sure your phone are active and able to take call, or connect your phone to wifi which is free in Bali Airport and have WhatsApp application installed, this will make it easier for us to contact you and you contact us in case you need longer than 1,5 hours waiting time.

Hotel Pickup

Hotel pick-up is offered for this tour. Note: if you are booking within 24 hours of the tour/activity departure time, we cannot guarantee hotel pick-up. Once your purchase is complete, we will send you complete contact information (phone number, email address, etc.) for our local operator to organize pick-up arrangements.

Important information on arrival : the clients have to proceed to the exit to the Arrival hall after collecting the luggage In the event of couldn’t find their name on the signage, please proceed and wait at THE FLIGHT INFORMATION DESK, our airport representative will meet them at the meeting point. Please do not accept any offer from the local taxi driver or legal transport company around the arrival hall. Once, the clients accepted the offer there will be NO REFUND For this Private Transfer, we advise you to call the Local Tour Operator Office: +622129223047 if you could not meet with the transfer assistance at remote airports or busy hours maximum 90 minutes after your exact pick up time before leaving the Airport/Port/Residence. Otherwise your transfer may counted as No Show of yours and refund may not apply (Non Refundable).
Full cancellation applies in the event of No Show.
