SKY GARDEN BALI

Sky Garden Bali is the revolutionary enterprise that taught Legian’s night owls just how great time spent on a soaring rooftop can be. With a range of different venues where you can hang out, drink and dine under one roof, it’s actually the complex’s roof that everybody heads to first. Under the Sky Garden Rooftop Garden Lounge, there’s the Sky Dome club, the Bang Bang lounge and the Blarney Stone Irish Pub.

The top floor buffet is impressive – a mouth-watering display of barbecue sauced roast chicken, assortments of salads and pastas, and smoking skewers on a blazing grill. There are many seating options to choose from, with comfortable padded benches and long tables around the edge if you’re in for the view. Or, for more mingling, you can opt for the long table in the centre under a single tree. Behind, a large projector screen plays action movies, with music provided by the DJ.

The buffet at Sky Garden Bali

Start your night with a cold Bintang, then get in the buffet line. There are bread rolls, fresh salads with various choices of dressings from Thousand Islands to simple mayo, the all-time favourite nasi goreng fried rice, baked beans, sweet barbecue sauced chicken wings and drumsticks, beef hamburgers, baked potatoes, pasta carbonara, sweet corn halves, sausages and a whole host of kebabs and skewers.

Also worth checking out is the daily rotating dessert specials that include local favourites and western sweet treats like pancakes and a great assortment of tropical fruits. The all-you-can-eat buffet is available from 5pm to 9pm, but is slightly cheaper if you arrive after 7pm.

The bar at Sky Garden Bali

The bar dominates the southern edge of the rooftop and serves a great range of drinks. A major highlight is the triple vodka fruit shaker that comes in 6 different flavours: fresh mango, wild raspberry, summer berries, cranberry lemon, lychee and black cherry. There’s also a Sky Shisha menu that offers various fruity flavours, which you can combine together to create your own sensational flavour.

Sky Garden satisfies your appetite with good food and drinks and 180-degree views above Legian. Once suitably chilled, you can either stay on or head down to the Sky Dome for high-quality clubbing and great international DJs.
